URL shorteners

The collection includes goo.gl (expiring August 2025), bit.ly, 1url.cz, ow.ly and kuc.cz. URL shortener services often play a key role in link rot. Once a service disappears, a huge number of links disappear with it, and therefore these URLs need to be preserved. The collection was created by scraping google results with an emphasis on keywords that are related to the public domain in an effort to exclude commercial links. The keywords along with the search operator along with the local language limit were e.g. petition, directive, court, documentation, proceedings etc.
